Airport Pick-up Procedure

FOR PRIVATE RIDE SERVICE

The evening prior to your journey, you'll receive a text message containing driver details.

Your driver will send a text upon arrival. Feel free to keep us informed about your status.

Upon arrival at baggage claim, proceed one level down to GROUND TRANSPORTATION, where pickup will be at post 5A (avoid crossing the sky bridge to "private passenger pick-up").

Spot a vehicle marked UTAH MOUNTAIN SHUTTLE.

For airport transportation, we arrange pickups 2.5 – 3 hours before your flight.
